The Sustainable Food and Wine Tourist Charter is an initiative that promotes food and wine experiences that focus on both the environment and local communities.
To disseminate this culture of tourism, PG&W designed the CarTES logo and an advertising campaign with a creative concept based on the metaphor of lightness: tourists suspended in the air thanks to coloured balloons with the CarTES logo, as they visit Italy without leaving any traces and, literally, burdening the territory.
To support this concept, an advergame was designed that rewards good practices with digital vouchers, activating a virtuous network of restaurateurs, producers and local operators, and online and offline communication tools, with the aim of raising awareness of the practices of the responsible and sustainable food and wine tourist.
